An avant-garde establishment of the new Mediterranean cuisine in the heart of Milan. This is, in short, the experience in Marco Ambrosino's laboratory and restaurant where the influences of Ischian memories are translated into dishes. Thanks to technical knowledge acquired in Spain and at Noma but, above all, from continuous revising and innovation. The iconic dish is undoubtedly the lamb which combines influences of the two shores of the Mediterranean (but not limited to it), although recommended, for an explosion of flavors always based on essentiality. Just the technique of extracting flavor through the different cooking methods and the combinations of ingredients make this place more and more interesting every year. The natural wine list is well integrated into a context where environmental compatibility, recovery, and recycling are a philosophy of life.
