A wooden and metal kiosk at the end of the Senigallian promenade that leads to Piazza Saffi. This is Anikò, the fish deli where you can enter the creative world of chef Moreno Cedroni. An ideal place for a first approach to the famous Italian-style sushi. It offers a good mix of sandwiches and dishes proposed in small portions, ideal for accompanying well-made cocktails or a glass chosen from the beautiful wine list, which in addition to champagne and beers, prefers a good wine from the Marche region. There are also excellent ideas for a lunch break in the open air. A n amuzing delightful toast with salmon, provolone and zucchini is worth the trip, cut into cubes to be eaten without a thought. The same can be said of the tasty shrimp meatballs with spicy sauce and turmeric or the infamous tataki tuna with sushi rice.                                                 What is certain is that, whatever your choice, this is the ideal definition of the term prêt-à-manger.
