Siamo nella vivace zona di Sant'Ambrogio, nei pressi dell'animato mercato rionale: il C.Bio è l'ultima creatura del vulcanico Fabio Picchi che ha immaginato e realizzato un supermercato dalla raffinata selezione di prodotti alimentari con un bel banco di gastronomia e con una discreta varietà di pani, tutti fatti in casa. L'idea, originale, è che si può desinare o, in alternativa, far un rapido spuntino scegliendo quel che si preferisce dal banco gastronomia ed usufruendo, al piano superiore, della piacevole terrazza ove si può consumare lo spuntino / pranzo circondati dalle numerose piante che, come in un vivaio, sono in vendita. Tra le numerose proposte, che variano quotidianamente, non perdetevi la gelatina di yogurt greco alla curcuma; ottimo il patè di fegatini; eccellente il cheese cake alla marmellata di arance amare.

Located in the lively area of Sant'Ambrogio, near the colorful local market: C.Bio is the latest creation of the “volcanic” Fabio Picchi who has imagined and created this supermarket with a refined selection of culinary products. It displays a nice deli counter and offers a good variety of loaves of bread, all homemade. The original idea is that you can comfortably dine here or, alternatively, have a quick snack by choosing something of your preference from the deli counter. Upstairs, you can take advantage of the pleasant terrace where you can have either a snack or lunch, surrounded by numerous plants which, like in a plant nursery, are even available for sale. Among the numerous proposals, which vary daily, do not miss the Greek yogurt jelly with turmeric; the liver pate is also excellent; as well as the cheesecake with bitter orange marmalade.
