Gambero Rosso


We are located near the Ionian Sea, this cold and richly fish-populated sea offers products of incomparable goodness. Once the fish and shellfish arrive at Gambero Rosso’s kitchen they will delight a loyal and affectionate clientele. All the success of this historic restaurant is due to the simplicity and respect that is placed upon the raw material used. Riccardo Sculli leads the kitchen and brings sumptuous raw dishes to the table, served elegantly and paired with light and aromatic sauces, with fruit and vegetables. You would wish that you could never stop eating them. Among the first courses, you’ll find many pasta dishes, cooked to perfection, including an unforgettable Spaghetti with clams. In terms of second courses, you can perceive a more creative flair. The desserts are comfortingly in line with the rest of the proposals. Overall all dishes are balanced and made to please and enhance the excellent seafood. In the dining room, we find Francesco Sculli. Just like his brother he was 'born' and raised in this family-owned establishment, it is like second nature for him to manage a beautiful wine list that will satisfy even the most demanding guest.
