Managed by the young but capable chefs Sara Nicolosi and Cinzia De Lauri, ALTATTO in Milan offers a vegetarian/vegan cuisine designed and curated with style, all in a small, intimate environment with appreciated minimalist design. The service is attentive and professional, and the staff explains each course with great care. There are two tasting menus available, one with 4 courses (55 euros) and one with 9 courses (95 euros), to be chosen at the time of booking, but be aware that the menus change regularly. Each dish is carefully crafted, and as soon as it arrives at the table, it captures attention both for its beauty and taste. The Glazed Mushroom dish, to be eaten by wrapping them in wheat crepes in taco style with mixed vegetables and flowers, immediately stands out, as do the other courses. The wine list is well explained, with prices in line with the high quality of the ingredients and service offered.
