Antonio Chiodi Latini’s cuisine goes beyond the experience of the vegetable world. It is the result of a constant search aimed at enhancing everything that nature offers. No waste, no elements of animal origin, attention to the best products of the territory and the seasons thanks to the work side by side with some enlightened farmers from Piedmont and Valle d’Aosta: these are the foundations on which a table is based that surprises, delights, pleases the eye and the palate. The restaurant is small, but has an open kitchen and a warm atmosphere: the service is attentive, the wine list is capable of ranging from Champagne to natural wines or non-alcoholic beverages, including homemade juices and drinks, such as apple juice or birch sap. For the lunch menu, you spend 30 euros, for dinner there are proposals from 60, 70 and 90 euros. From Porro and Maillard’s menu to the Unison of Topinambur passing through that Underground of Broccoletto which is the essence of his entire idea of cuisine.
