This venue located in Washington D.C on the legendary Pennsylvania Avenue is the parent company of what has now become an important chain of Made in Italy restaurants. It is all thanks to Fabio Trabocchi and his great passion. The beautiful dining room is decorated with wood and many banquettes and it has a very special charm. In 2019 Trabocchi began a collaboration with Chancellors Rock Farm located in Shenandoah National Park. This is where the vegetables, herbs and flowers used in the restaurant come from. From this farm they also receive chickens and cattle that are raised using sustainable agriculture methods. The extraordinary raw material is appreciated thanks to its simple and tasty preparation. This includes the Piedmontese beaten beef and the amazing tortellini in broth with bottarga and Parmigiano Reggiano flan. The wine list is like an Encyclopaedia with many labels from Italy. We like their concept of the mocktails, which are made with the fruit from the farm.
