The Banchi is a non-stop venue with offerings throughout the day; starting from breakfast and moving through a selection of breads, cheeses, wines, and culinary products, all the way to dinner and late-night snacks. The Banchi is also a shop where you can purchase a selection of the best products that the Val di Noto region has to offer. The cuisine is inspired by Sicilian tradition – reinterpreted in a modern way – with a nod to gourmet, without losing the characteristics of simplicity and conviviality. It offers à la carte menus and 4 tasting menus: San Giuseppe (vegetarian), U Gioia (fish), San Paolo (meat), all of 4 courses, and the San Giorgio menu with 7 surprise courses.
