After many experiences abroad, Antonio Salvatore arrived in the Principality of Monaco to create a restaurant that immediately had great success with the public and critical acclaim. The restaurant opened in September 2020 in the former underground of Rampoldi, a flagship of Monegasque cuisine open since 1946, once used as a cigar room. Soft lights and an intimate atmosphere make it an ideal place for a romantic dinner. The menu offers two tasting options, the Traditions menu served at 175 euros and the A Mano Libera menu served at 235 euros. The veal tonnato buttons, Sanremo red shrimp, of course, set the stylistic tone of an elegant cuisine, precise in presentation and taste, with the focus on the ingredients. The dessert section is fantastic, both in the pre-dessert and dessert, elegant, well-executed, worth the trip alone. The wine list is extensive, featuring great labels from both French and Italian vineyards. The service is formal and courteous, as one would expect in this setting.
