A year of transition for the legendary Giorgio Locatelli. As we write about the most famous ambassador of gastronomic culture in Great Britain and the world, the news of the closure of the historic relationship with Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill has not yet been officially confirmed. From what we understand, the new location will be even more prestigious, if possible: The National Gallery. Here the national Giorgio will have the opportunity to continue to express himself to the fullest thanks to his ability to convey Italian cuisine in a contemporary vision and above all seasoned with two elements that make the difference and that are at the basis of the Unesco recognition proposal: biodiversity and originality. We also add joy to the mix.

In January 2025, Locanda Locatelli announced its definitive closure. The date and location of the new opening have not yet been announced.
