A genuine culinary experience in a historic restaurant in Trentino with a welcoming atmosphere. We were greeted with a complimentary dish from the kitchen: polenta taragna and salami. Excellent starters including carne salada and marinated trout. The homemade pasta was exquisite. Perfectly cooked meats, with a standout dish being the rabbit with polenta. The dessert, a homemade grape semifreddo, pleasantly surprised us. Excellent selection of wines and friendly service. Generous portions and unbeatable value for money.
