We are in the Flatiron District in Manhattan, and the scent of Emilia, here, with its fried gnocchi, cured meats, and homemade pasta, touches the hearts and palates of New Yorkers, including VIPs. This is the Made in Italy showcased by chef Stefano Secchi, an Italian-American with a passion for fresh pasta which he offers in a traditional and creative way. The result is a cheerful and rich cuisine, a gastronomic and cultural bridge that the chef embodies firsthand, and a synthesis of tasty and rich dishes; all executed with firmness and served in a straightforward manner thanks to attentive and informal waitstaff, in a simple and refined environment. Among the dishes, you can find Ravioli and Tortellini, Gramigna with sausage, Mezze Maniche with pesto, and Tagliolini with ragù. There are also plenty of seasonal vegetables and a beautiful Bolognese cutlet served for two.
