The restaurant in the heart of Rome started as a delicatessen and has evolved into a restaurant while maintaining an authentic atmosphere with the cured meats on display. It is a true “pizzicarolo” with tables. At the entrance, there is a counter that allows you to choose from a wide selection of cured meats, cheeses, and high-quality gastronomic products. The tables are small and very close together.
The menu starts with cocktails and is rich: classic proposals, anchovies, buffalo mozzarella, cooked and raw meats and fish, and a varied bread basket that comes from the renowned family bakery. Rigatoni with butter and Parmesan or the classic Carbonara are always good choices. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable.
