The Sirk family is an absolute reference point for the Collio Goriziano area. The restaurant is located not far from the largest town, surrounded by greenery and the natural beauty of the area. The interior is warm and welcoming, with a fireplace that creates a nostalgic atmosphere. The gastronomic proposal focuses on the local territory, local products, and reinterpreting the culinary traditions of this area in a more modern way. There are two tasting menus available, one with 7 courses for 95 euros and one with 5 courses for 80 euros, with the option to also choose à la carte. The plum gnocchi are enchanting, potato pasta gnocchi filled with plum and dressed with a drizzle of butter, a dish with ancient traditions. We also recommend trying the “ne’ sedano ne’ rapa”, which is celeriac cooked in a pan, its petals in honey and vinegar, and its skin in an apple glaze, a dish that absolutely does not make you miss meat. The wine list is of great value with very fair markups.
