Off the tourist circuits and with hours like a neighborhood shop, dinner service is only on Fridays at Trattoria da Burde, owned by the Gori family for over 120 years. It stands out for the authenticity of the environment and the classic dishes of Tuscan cuisine. As tradition dictates, the menu is organized by categories: soups, broths and pasta, including fresh pasta, among the first courses, with the unmissable ribollita or pici – try the aglione and truffle version during the season – for the mains, there is a range from grilled to braised dishes, always impeccably prepared by Paolo Gori, while his brother Andrea takes care of an impressive wine list.
