We are located between Ostiense and the Basilica of San Paolo Fuori le Mura, in a modern trattoria that has now reached its sixth year of existence, and has managed to be appreciated by both Romans and tourists alike. Without a reservation, it is impossible to find a place in the charming dining room with dark wood furniture from the 1950s, or in the small outdoor seating area during the summer. The service is very competent and engaging, with a menu that focuses on the various interpretations of the fifth quarter, both classic and lightened, and a wine list that is curious and up to date on natural wines without being dogmatic, making it one of the best trattorias in Rome. Bonus points for the Amatriciana.
