37° award 2020

nella categoria: Low Cost

200 Gradi

This gourmet paninoteca is located a few steps from the Vatican Museum and is open from the morning to the late night. It has been offering a vast selection of panini for almost 15 years now. The flavors range from the simple to the more sought-after, and there is a good selection of vegetarian and vegan options. The displays are full of super-fresh ingredients and they have been sourced from excellent Italian or foreign raw materials: prestigious salamis and cheeses, Cantabrico anchovies, raw and cooked vegetables, different creams and sauces. These are used with white or multigrain breads baked at 200°C to ensure their crunchiness. There are also salads and mono-portion desserts on the menu to satisfy the needs of the many tourists and locals who are looking for quality street food at a reasonable price. There is a wide assortment of craft beers and beverages. There is take away service or you can sit down in the small room at the end of the locale. An added plus is the kindness of the young waitstaff who are always ready to suggest pairings and help you to personalize your panino.
