Mancano poco ai 60 di attivit\u00e0, ma questo locale nato nel 1963 \u00e8 di una modernit\u00e0 assoluta grazie alla leggerezza e alla eleganza della sua proposta. Siamo di fronte ad una delle rare, e certamente la pi\u00f9 buona, cucine di acqua dolce in Italia e la capacit\u00e0 dei fratelli Serva \u00e8 quello di riuscire a fare emergere il sapore senza sovrastare mai la materia prima. La prima volta dunque che si entra in questa ampia sala della struttura immersa in un piccolo Paradiso verde, conviene seguire il degustazione di acqua dolce. Non mancano alternative e fra tutte merita una particolare segnalazione il finale dolce, curato nei dettagli e, anche questo, leggero e moderno. Insomma una proposta in cui la creativit\u00e0 \u00e8 in perfetto equilibrio con quello che si aspetta il cliente.
