Contrada Bricconi is a very complex and ambitious project: to revive a 15th century peasant village and enhance the territorial resources. At the moment, we can confidently say that the challenge has been met. The credit goes to the vision of Giacomo Perletti, who also has the merit of entrusting the kitchens to one of the most promising chefs in the Italian culinary scene, Michele Lazzarini, who arrived in these valleys after his long experience in the kitchens of St. Hubertus with Norbert Niederkofler. Essential lines, tables without tablecloths, wood and stone walls make the environment suggestive, without ever making you feel uncomfortable. Great attention to environmental themes, sustainability, and the use of all parts of the raw material. Two intimate rooms on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, with a terrace and a view of the kitchen. The tasting menu obviously focuses on the mountains, with the possibility of wine pairing, offered at a discounted price for under 30s. Service is always attentive to all customer needs. Don’t miss the Genussbunker and kefir stuffed buttons, lovage and rue oil, and the grilled trout with fermented tomato water and fir oil.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
