That idea of simple, home-style cooking is reflected in a tasting menu with one sole focus: meat. Tartare, carpaccio, belly, Panzano steak and “her majesty, the bistecca alla fiorentina” take center stage. Suitable side dishes include pinzimonio, beans cooked in a flask, and baked potatoes in foil. The dessert recalls grandma’s cooking, and the coffee is served from a moka pot. The service is cheerful, carried out by young staff in keeping with the spirit of the place and always under the watchful eye of the head grill master. The price is fair, the meat is good; Mr. Cecchini, charismatic and larger-than-life, always adds that extra something to a lively, communal table.

[1346
1342
1347
post-54975","referenza","type-referenza","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-trattorie-bistro-moderni-2027","edizione-1342","gruppo-trattorie-eccellenti-2027

<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.8 -
