Ci si sente coccolati per tutta la durata del pasto: a partire dall’accoglienza dell’istrionico Pasquale e finire affidandosi alle mani giovani e già sapienti del figlio Gaetano, capace di coniugare tradizione classica e contemporaneità con grande consapevolezza. Polpi e tonnetti alletterati; imperdibili i fritti e la goduriosa genovese di tonno; ma la protagonista indiscussa resta la preziosissima colatura di alici. Carta dei vini ampia e divertente.
We are in Cetara, one of the most beautiful and characteristic villages of the Amalfi Coast; and here, for over forty years, the Torrente family has been welcoming customers from all over the world to introduce them to the treasures of this wonderful sea. You feel pampered throughout the meal: starting from the welcome of the charismatic Pasquale and ending by entrusting yourself to the young and already skilled hands of his son Gaetano, capable of combining classic tradition and contemporaneity with great awareness. Octopus and bonito are delightful; the fried dishes and the delicious tuna Genovese are not to be missed; but the undisputed star remains the precious anchovy colatura. The wine list is extensive and fun.
