Siamo Torregrotta un piccolo paesino di circa settemila abitanti in provincia di Messina per questo ristorante guidato da Giuseppe Geraci ed Alessandra Quattrocchi. Nel periodo estivo è possibile cenare nella splendida terrazza con vista sulle isole Eolie. Tre le proposte di degustazione il “Mi fido di te”, dove ci si affida all’estro dello chef con 5 portate proposte a 70 euro e 7 portate proposte a 90 euro. C’è anche un menu 100% vegetale con 5 portate proposte a 60 euro. Si può scegliere anche a la carte. Da provare i tubetti con pesci e crostacei, restituiscono l’intensità del mare ad in caldo abbraccio della pasta secca nello stesso piatto ed il dentice, fungo cardoncello e salsa verde. Vi consigliamo di provare anche l’interessantissima selezione di formaggi siciliani. Tra i dolci sembra una cassata è una vera delizia. Servizio attento, cordiale, carta dei vini con dei ricarichi più che corretti e con selezione siciliana che permette di bere a prezzo davvero interessanti.
