Da Mono si vive un’esperienza di cucina italiana moderna, mediata dalla cultura Scozzese che interviene nel menù con ingredienti di grande qualità come il pesce e le verdure ma anche con qualche antipasto. Le proposte però non ingannano: ravioli, pappardelle, risotto ma anche canederli in accompagnamento al petto d’anatra. Una cucina colta ben sottolineata da una ricca carta dei vini e degli spirits in cui è presente anche una bella selezione di whisky, giustamente.
