Si ha l’impressione di vivere un’esperienza, curata nei minimi dettagli: dall’arredamento futuristico alla cucina a vista, dal menù di quinto quarto all’ampia selezione di vini. Anche se aperto da poco, sembra lì da decenni, con recensioni appese alle pareti e fila alla porta. Tappa obbligatoria a Roma, ma è consigliato prenotare con largo anticipo. In alternativa, c’è il tavolo sociale per chi vuole tentare all’ultimo momento (meglio a pranzo).
