Siamo tra Ostiense e la basilica di San Paolo Fuori le Mura, in una trattoria di moderna concezione, arrivata ormai al suo sesto anno di vita, che ha saputo farsi apprezzare da romani e turisti in egual misura. Senza prenotazione, infatti, impossibile trovare posto nella graziosa sala dall’arredo in legno scuro anni ’50, oppure nel piccolo dehors durante la bella stagione. Il servizio molto competente e partecipato, un menu di carattere, che punta soprattutto alle varie declinazioni del quinto quarto, sia classico che alleggerito, e una carta dei vini curiosa e aggiornata sul naturale ma senza talebanismi, ne fanno una delle migliori trattorie di Roma. We are located between Ostiense and the Basilica of San Paolo Fuori le Mura, in a modern trattoria that has now reached its sixth year of existence, and has managed to be appreciated by both Romans and tourists alike. Without a reservation, it is impossible to find a place in the charming dining room with dark wood furniture from the 1950s, or in the small outdoor seating area during the summer. The service is very competent and engaging, with a menu that focuses on the various interpretations of the fifth quarter, both classic and lightened, and a wine list that is curious and up to date on natural wines without being dogmatic, making it one of the best trattorias in Rome. Bonus points for the Amatriciana.
