In questo caso a tenere il timone di BA Restaurant \u00e8 il fratello minore Marco Liu che, con rigore e armonia, propone l&#8217;alta cucina cinese ai tanti che scelgono il suo ristorante contraddistinto da tavoli tondi, alti soffitti e colori scuri nella zona residenziale De Angeli-Buonarroti.In cucina c&#8217;\u00e8 il cuoco malese di origini cinesi Bryan Hooi che dimostra tecnica e creativit\u00e0.Tra le sue specialit\u00e0 compare la valida anatra alla pechinese affumicata con legno di melo, i gamberi delicatamente fritti al wasabi, spaghetti di soia e riso tra i migliori in circolazione, e l&#8217;invitante selezione di dim sum per tutti i gusti: all&#8217;astice, con king crac, black cod e tartufo. Speciale la sezione di cinque assaggi per avere un&#8217;idea variegata.
