E' gestito dalla famiglia Avallone che negli ultimi anni ha intensificato gli investimenti concentrandosi sul ristorante dell'ultimo piano, il George's affidato a Domenico Candela e attivando la terrazza per cocktail e aperitivi in collaborazione con l'Antiquario. Gli spettacolari saloni al pian terreno hanno fatto da cornice a tantissimi eventi culturali e gastronomici negli ultimi 30 anni facendo di questo hotel un punto di riferimento assoluto per gli appassionati. Il ristorante, segue una linea mediterranea impostata con grande padronanza tecnica dallo chef.

Part of the new investments also went to introducing the cocktail and aperitif terrace with the collaboration of the Antiquario. The spectacular halls located on the ground floor have been the set for many cultural and gastronomic events over the last 30 years, making this hotel an absolute reference point for enthusiasts.
