Le ampie vetrate affacciano sul panorama incantevole della Costiera Amalfitana, il mare di Positano lo sfondo. Non era facile qui riuscire a creare un ambiente che non presupponesse le colorate ceramiche, eppure Rosa Taddeo e Massimo Napoli, gli eleganti padroni di casa, ci sono riusciti intrecciando arte e design (con allestimenti creati da Edra) e arricchendo ogni anno con elementi nuovi e tanta personalità. Tutto è realizzato su misura per una quasi totalità di pezzi unici come la bellissima cucina in cui lo chef Savio Perna realizza piatti fine dining belli e ricchi di gusto per il ristorante Li Galli, oltre a curare una linea più semplice e tradizionale per la champagneria a bordo piscina che offre agli ospiti una vista mozzafiato. Da non perdere, lo Spaghetto ai cinque pomodori (omaggio allo chef Nino di Costanzo) e, a fine cena, uno degli squisiti dessert incluso un Soufflé al limone da manuale.

Everything is very well-designed and unique, such as the beautiful kitchen in which the chef Savio Perna creates appealing and tasty fine dining dishes for the Li Galli restaurant, as well as curating the very nice poolside champagne service that gifts guests with a breathtaking view. Not to be missed, is the Spaghetti with five tomatoes (homage to chef Nino di Costanzo) and, at the end of dinner, one of the exquisite desserts like the very well-made lemon soufflé.
