Tra le proposte dei primi, pasta, fagioli cannellini e mare e agnolotti alla burrata, tartare di melanzana affumicata, due consistenze di parmigiano stagionato 40 mesi e passata di pomodori del piennolo arrostiti. Tra i dolci il sorbetto al cioccolato amaro Claudio Corallo affogato al caffè Gianni Frasi è una vera chicca. La carta dei vini che contiene il meglio di Italia e anche di Francia, Austria e Germania, con delle scelte mai banali e sempre a servizio dei clienti anche nei ricarichi.
A refined and elegant environment in a metropolitan-style space. There are tables without tablecloths and the large bar counter follows the room. In the kitchen, you will find intense flavors, which always reach that gustatory harmony, sometimes in a completely unexpected way. Among the proposals for the first courses we find pasta, cannellini and sea beans with agnolotti alla burrata, smoked aubergine tartare, two consistencies of Parmesan aged for 40 months, and roasted piennolo tomato puree. Among the desserts, the Claudio Corallo bitter chocolate sorbet drowned in Gianni Frasi coffee is a real gem. The wine list contains the best of Italy, but also France, Austria, and Germany; the selection is never trivial and attention is paid to customers, who can count on refills.
