Versatile nella proposta infatti a pranzo la proposta è minimal ma sempre curatissima mentre a cena si potrà scegliere tra un menù degustazione di cinque o sette portate con la possibilità di abbinamenti al calice. Il servizio è attento, rilassato e gentile. Tra i piatti il risotto è sempre perfetto, in inverno imperdibile quello con porcini e tartufo.
Scottish products are presented in Italian style, this is the key to Mono’s success. The design is simple with an environment that prevalently is dominated by wood and its different shades. They are versatile in their proposals, at lunch the proposals are minimal but always well-presented while at dinner you can choose between a five or seven-course tasting menu with the possibility of wine pairings. The service is attentive, relaxed and kind. Among the dishes, the risotto is always perfect, in winter time we recommend not missing out on the risotto with porcini mushrooms and truffles.
