An Italian cuisine, modern and well made, that uses the best products of the Bel Paese and, above all, is authentic. This is the spirit of Giando, Gianni Caprioli’s restaurant, nestled in the picturesque Star Street. You can order a la carte, we suggest the cavatelli with sea urchins, a real treat, and the fettuccine with bird ragout. Alternatively, you can enjoy the set lunch, a proposal consisting of an appetizer, a main course, and dessert. If you are in the right season, don’t miss the tagliolini with white truffle, or the brunch proposal where you can choose from six tastings among the various proposals. For dessert, the chocolate cake they call timbale is really well made. The wine list is impressive, it has some interesting labels by the glass, and the cocktail list is among the best around.
