In a corner of the historic center of Turin, which is easily reachable by public transport, you will find Gofreria Piemontesia. It offers Pietmont street food such as gofri (a Piemontese stuffed cialda that comes in different flavors), and miasse e miacce. The place is very informal and done in a minimalistic style, furnished mostly with small tables and stools. It has seating for about 30. The staff is cordial and welcoming while the menu, displayed on the wall to the left of the entrance, has varied proposals that are both sweet or savory, for all tastes. The doughs are completely organic and semi-whole wheat, therefore very light and easily digestible. The raw materials are excellent quality. It is a corner of Piemonte in the heart of Turin that is an absolute must, both for a quick lunch or for a tasty and light snack to eat while walking around the city center.
