Sakalis, cuoco di grandi e importanti esperienze all’estero e nella stessa Toscana è il responsabile della struttura che oltre al ristorante gourmet ha anche una trattoria, l’Orso, di tipica cucina toscana. Regione che ritorna anche in uno dei menu proposti al Poggio, Toscanità. Un cinque portate affiancato da altri due percorsi, uno creativo e uno vegetariano con i prodotti aziendali che da sempre è attenta alla sostenibilità. Si mangia in una bella sala o a porto fiume durante le serate estive, la cornice è un servizio perfetto e una bella carta dei vini. Accoglienza super, familiare e professionale.
