Con i suoi giardini spettacolari e l’orto gestiti da almeno due secoli dalla famiglia Fiorentino arrivata alla sesta generazione, l’Hotel Vittoria è una città nella città. Il cuore di Sorrento, un mondo incantato e profumato in cui è possibile passare giornate intere fra spa, piscina, terrazze. Bellissimo il giardino, completato da un grande orto che rifornisce la dispensa. Tutte le stanze hanno una vista sul Golfo, la terrazza del ristorante è spettacolare, bellissima. Magica la colazione. La cucina è affidata ad Antonino Montefusco che dimostra di saper ben interpretare i valori della Penisola Sorrentina con buona tecnica e grande capacità di estrarre sapore. A questa cucina allegra, per certi versi scanzonata, ricca di riferimenti ai prodotti e alle tradizioni del territorio dobbiamo aggiungere una cantina molto ben gestita, ricca di curiosità e di approfondimenti, con la Campania e la Francia in grande spolvero, la terrazza bellissima, un servizio attento e non opprimente. Direi un servizio appassionato che è quanto di più bello vedere di questi tempi con il “Noi”, inteso dipendenti e proprietà, sempre pronunciato con orgoglio.

The kitchen is entrusted to Antonino Montefusco, who demonstrates a keen ability to interpret the values of the Sorrento Peninsula with good technique and a great capacity to extract flavor. This cheerful and somewhat carefree cuisine, rich in references to local products and traditions, is complemented by a well-managed cellar, full of curiosities and insights, showcasing Campania and France. The beautiful terrace service is attentive and unintrusive. There is a passionate approach, where the "we," referring to employees and ownership, is always pronounced with pride, this adds to the overall delightful experience.
