La forza dei progetti del cuoco modenese è aver puntato su dei cuochi molto bravi, a cui dare spazio, pur seguendo sempre lo stile inconfondibile del Massimo nazionale. Mattia Agazzi, resident chef, interpreta questo pensiero in pieno, convincendo e facendo divertire gli ospiti. Si può scegliere a la carte, in questo caso vi consigliamo di provare i mitici tortellini in crema di parmigiano ed anche l’Emilia burger, oppure si può scegliere il percorso di degustazione che segue la stagionalità degli ingredienti.
