Locale molto fine e ben curato, con protagonisti i coniugi Andrea e Martina Lombardini, che portano in tavola prodotti sì stagionali ma anche fantasia e contaminazioni di altre cucine. Nel loro lavoro tra i fornelli si sentono e si avvertono i sapori d’Oriente, del Sudamerica, frutto di viaggi, esperienze e voglia di sperimentare. I fatti danno loro ragione. Entrambi arrivano da esperienze pregresse: Andrea in banca, anche se con genitori ristoratori, e Martina nel mondo del commercio. Poi il fascino della cucina ha avuto la meglio e nel 2011 è arrivata l’occasione di rilevare lo storico Turbine, nato addirittura nel 1902. E con la sapienza di Andrea e Martina è partita una nuova storia.
A very elegant and well-kept venue, with Andrea and Martina Lombardini at the helm, serving dishes that feature seasonal ingredients as well as creativity and influences from other cuisines. In their work behind the stove, you can sense the flavors of the East and South America, the result of travel, experience, and a desire to experiment. The results speak for themselves. Both came from previous careers: Andrea from banking, despite having parents who were restaurateurs, and Martina from the world of commerce. Then the allure of cooking prevailed, and in 2011 they had the opportunity to take over the historic Turbine, founded as far back as 1902. With Andrea and Martina’s expertise, a new chapter began.
