Questo storico albergo ha accelerato notevolmente nelle ultime due stagioni la radicale ristrutturazione creando uno spazio distinto e separato per il ristorante Arbustico gestito da Cristian Torsiello, modernizzando l’offerta e separando nettamente la banchettistica. La proposta della cucina è intimamente legata al territorio, alle sue materie prime che incrociano il mare, la fertile Piana del Sele e la biodiversità del Cilento che ne delimita i confini. Ottimo il servizio, molto ampia la cantina dei vini, ben impostata e con ricarichi professionali e non esagerati. Nella bella sala centrale del ristorante uno stile sobrio ed essenziale, proprio come quello che troviamo nei piatti.

The service is excellent, the wine cellar is extensive, well-organized, and with professionally reasonable markups. In the beautiful central dining room of the restaurant, you'll find a sober and essential style, which is what you can also expect from the dishes themselves.
