Lei sommelier di origine argentine, lui per metà danese, con alle spalle diversi anni di cucine importanti. Poi, per entrambi, 5 anni di lavoro insieme in un ristorante a Roma dove un po’ alla volta è maturata l’idea di aprire questo spazio a Ostiense. Repertorio classico romano rivisto e alleggerito ma riconoscibile, attenzione alle materie prima e alla stagionalità, bellissima carta dei vini. Insomma, un posto da non perdere in città.

A classic Roman repertoire, reinterpreted and lightened yet still recognizable, with careful attention to ingredients and seasonality, and a superb wine list.
