Villana understood as the hospitality of guests in an ancient rural villa, with b and b service, immersed in a green park, converted to the organization of events and family parties for not very large numbers. Villana as a rustic, almost mocking, connotation of peasant food.
In both cases always at home, roots and territory speak in both the dining room: warm tones, lots of wood, a large fireplace lit to comfortably warm the environment; and the menu developed around vegetables, vegetables and wild herbs, which go through direct and quick cooking to preserve their textures and flavors.
The ethno-botanical gastronomic proposal revolves around a 7-course tasting menu that changes according to the weather and seasonality.
