From the kitchen come refined and balanced dishes, including fresh pasta. The desserts are excellent, and the service is impeccable. The wine list is extensive, with great attention also given to those who do not drink alcohol. A must-try is the Venison with truffle, the house-made Bluefin Tuna, and the house-made Bluefin Tuna Bresaola. Among the first courses, the Snails with eel Bolognese sauce is a standout.
