Fratelli Bruzzone is one of those places you can always recommend. One of the few remaining trattorias serving authentic Piedmontese cuisine, just a few steps from Piazza Vittorio. Gabriele in the dining room and Martina in the kitchen know how to prepare outstanding dishes, and they are also the siblings behind the restaurant’s name. The first courses are truly excellent, especially the agnolotti and the tagliatelle with butter and sage, or with red ragù. Then there are the starters: carne cruda and vitello tonnato. The meat mains include tripe and rabbit civet. Finally, classic desserts such as panna cotta, bunet and tiramisu. Fratelli Bruzzone is a place worth trying and worth keeping in mind for sharing a few culinary tips with friends, which is never a bad thing.
