We are in Genoa, land of saints, poets, and explorers, but also of very talented chefs, such as Marco Visciola. We are inside the building that houses Eataly on the same floor, for this restaurant with a wonderful view of the Old Port of the Ligurian capital city. The large windows will allow you to immerse yourself with your eyes in the fascinating world sung by Fabrizio de Andre. Among the tasting proposals are “DNA Ligurian”, “Classics”, “Tides” all offered for 5 dishes at 80 euros, or for 7 dishes at 100 euros. A must-try is the Martini cocktail and caviar spaghetti, one of the chef’s signatures, completed at the table, and the grilled fish, the catch of the day cooked on the grill, accompanied by its jus and a marjoram and black cabbage mayonnaise. The courteous service will make you feel at ease, for the wine selection we recommend relying on the very talented sommelier, with a very interesting journey through Ligurian viticulture.
