All the tradition of Venetian cuisine is masterfully interpreted here by Monica in the kitchen and presented in the dining room by Manuela, granddaughters of Isetta and daughters of the late Galdino. A story that dates back to the 1950s and has come down to the present day with classic dishes that change with the seasons, reimagined in a contemporary style. Traditional dishes range from bigoli with duck, grilled meats in their various expressions, tripe, Venetian-style liver, homemade pasta with truffle or mushrooms, and the classic pasta e fagioli.

It is Graziano, Monica’s husband, who curates the extensive wine list and suggests the best pairings, with a wide selection of wines by the glass.
