Orma has no other meaning than being the anagram of Rome, now the adopted city of Roy Caceres. The atmosphere is relaxing, with stone and plenty of wood, especially bright, materials that we prefer to be interpreted. The message, more than essentiality, is simplicity. Roy masters vegetables, seafood, but it is with meat that he feels most comfortable: the lamb dish is a classic not to be missed. Preceded by a whole series of Spanish-style courses that follow one another and alternate with radicchio treviso. The dining room is well managed. Even the idea of moving around, having an aperitif at the counter, a couple of courses at the chef’s table, and the finale at the table is reminiscent of Tickets because the simple act of moving eliminates the monotony of the meal and it is fun to be able to look at the dining room from different angles.
