Vino e Cibo is a trattoria in the heart of Senigallia’s historic center, behind the town hall. Authenticity is the common thread throughout, both inside and outside the kitchen. From the font of the sign to the furnishings and even the way the menu is presented: an artist’s easel moves between the tables, and the dishes are handwritten on it. There are around ten daily offerings. It is the catch of the day that sets the rules in the kitchen. The ingredients are handled with care and apparent simplicity, in favor of a flavor that makes no compromises with the other components. The calling card is a chef’s evergreen: bread and mackerel. The wine list is equally interesting and coherent, with organic wines as the guiding principle behind the labels. In total, there are eight tables, both indoors and outdoors.
